Waitrose Pure Hot Cloth Cleanser

Any opinions?

I don't wear makeup and use this cleanser about once a fortnight (just water and moisturiser the rest of the time.

I like the way it leaves my face feeling. I never need to moisturise after using it, unlike with every other cleanser I have ever used. But I find the muslin a little rough. Is it meant to feel that way? Or should I use something softer?

I'm allergic to most lotions and potions, so can't really shop around much.

I use Eve Lom which is same concept but long ago ditched the muslin cloth and use flannels - I bulk bought some great ones from Sleep & Soak, use a fresh one daily then chuck in wash at end of week. Softer, feel nicer, last longer - ikea good too. I find the muslin a bit mimsy, with the flannel you can give your face a good "steam" and if you want a bit more exfoliating action, give it more pressure.
