Help me accessorize this dress for NYE please?

Wearing with black strappy heels but no idea how to dress it up apart from that - black shawl? coloured shawl? necklaces?

I think a bit of gold jewellery would look lovely with it. I'd definitely be looking to add a pop of colour either through jewellery (I.e. gold necklace) of a coloured shawl as monochrome is quite draining on me but that might just be me!
