Opinions on this Reiss jacket please

Really beautiful soft wool BUT it was tight across the bust in my usual size (12). Thinking about maybe ordering a 14 to try but I suspect it will be big on my hips.

I think it has to fit really well. Looks a bit uptight to me but that is some people's style. Maybe if you have a lot of long, flowing, wavy hair!
