Beard oil?

Could anyone please recommend me a beard oil for my husband please? I'm after something that's not too heavily scented, maybe citrus?

Thanks 👍

I really like the King of Shaves oils, they are inexpensive too and available from all major supermarkets.

SeriousSteve thanks, what do they smell like? (odd question!)

There's a few, I use the green (eucalyptus) one. If you go on to Tesco and search it should pull them all up.

DH uses 'By My Beard' products (beard shampoo, oil, conditioner. We got a gift set from Amazon for him.

My beardy boyfriend is a big fan of Lush's Kalamazoo (beard/face wash) and also their R&B (leave in hair conditioner). I also use R&B on my naturally curly hair so it works out well! It is quite strongly scented though. I like it but it might not be to everyone's taste.

MoBro's. Well priced and smells great, all different types.

I saw this article and I'm quite tempted by the "Baron bergamot and orange", anyone tried this?

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll go on a sniff-a-thon in boots and tesco's asap.

Mr Natty's is available in John Lewis and is one of the longest running suppliers of beard oil to barbers - they must be doing something right.

Would also recommend the bearded bastard (tbbinc)- his woodsman scents and re-byrd are manly and clean smelling and there's no synthetics.

A good shampoo and conditioner is also a good call- if you can get your hands on beardsley it will ensure nice fine hair rather than coarse.

Oh and BearFace from brighton do a nice citrus based one as well.

(DP has been a hirsute for a long time, we have tried everything and those are our favourites.)
