Shoes with this dress?

Hi,

I have a wedding on Saturday and don't know what to do about shoes... I'm flying back to the UK on Friday so need to sort something in the next few days. All I can think of is silver shoes, but they all seem to be strappy here (US) and I'm not sure that's going to be appropriate for a country church wedding in December!

Any suggestions would be much appreciated :)

I was passing a wedding one day a few years ago and one of the nicest outfits there was a navy dress with burnt orange ish shoes and bag. I think you could also go with mustard or yellow. Or silver or nude.
