Products for fine hair breakage

Hello MNers. I wonder if you can recommend me any products (ideally shampoo, conditioner and blow dry cream) that will stop my long, fine greasy hair from breaking off at the ends.

It was really weak before, so I've been using Kerastase Bain Force to make it strong. But if you use it too long it can apparently make your hair brittle (which the ends are).

I now need a smoothing, moisturising product that won't make my hair greasy. Does such a thing exist?

Thanks thanks thanks!

Stop using shampoo or look for sulphate free. Grow gorgeous co wash is lovely, smells nice and leaves my bleached hair super soft

Overloading your hair with keratin will make it brittle. Too much protein is really bad for your hair. You need to concentrate on getting moisture back into the ends. Look for rich conditioners that contain oils, Moroccan oil and argan oil are really great at moisturising without greasiness.
I use Mark Hill miracoilicious intensive hair mask, black tub from Boots. You can leave it on the ends for a few mins to really soak in. I also love Pantene's new age defy conditioner called Extreme hydration (black and blue pot).

Before blow drying, I recommend Elvive Extraordinary Oil. Rub a couple of drops through towel dried mid lengths and ends. It gives lovely softness and shine without weighing down your hair or making it feel greasy.

Thanks for the recommendations. Totally agree about not using shampoo - I'll defo try gro gorgeous - it was on offer in Boots not long ago.

And also lost it I'll try some of yours - which of the three couldn't you live without?

Hard to pick, I'm a slave to hair products because I bleach my hair Grin but the Elvive Oil is probably the one I'd rescue in a fire, (after my family).

Sold! That's the one I would have picked as well.

Thanks so much, lovely gals.
