Hi - looking for some beauty advice, going to be wearing this ensemble on Friday and going to get my nails done beforehand, any suggestions re colour?

I love those shoes. I'm guessing it's a Christmas party (?) so I'd go for a sparkly silver or a deep red colour.

Sparkly silver gets my vote too!

Or gold sparkles depending on jewellery/accessories

Well, you could colour match the dress, the shoes or use a contrast like a really bright yellow toned green or use minx in gold.
