At home facial cleanser set

Am interested in buying one of those at home dermalogical facial cleanser sets ( the one that has changeable heads for different effects such as massage or exfoliation). Has anyone bought one and been happy with the effects? Also, is this likely to increase the rate of ageing? I don't want to exacerbate my ageing process.

Many thanks

Do you mean a clarisonic?

TeaAddict235 · 11/12/2016 22:14

Yes!

Reviews of them are very good.
Regular gentle exfoliation is key and this is an easy way to do it.
I won't make you age faster as long as you use it gently and still moisturise and protect your skin. A balm or cream cleanser would be best to give good slip.

Thanks isbetter. May put it on my wish list!

I've got one and I love it - when I remember to use it for a period of time my skin looks great (I'm 44 and struggle with having both breakouts and wrinkles, but it makes me look fresher and less tired plus the breakouts stop).

What I haven't worked out is what cleanser to use with it - does anyone use anything (not too pricey) that works well? I had some Liz Earle stuff but it leaves too much residue with the Clarisonic.

Clarisonic is FANTASTIC, and definitely not aging.

chips, I use Cerave which I find works well and a bottle lasts for ages.

I've got a Foreo Luna and I love it! I actually think it brings all the blood to your face and helps with circulation so makes you look younger and glowing! Also, no heads to repurchase so probably cheaper in the long run

Thanks for your responses! It sounds very tempting. In fact my Aldi app highlighted that this week facial cleanser/ exfoliate sets will be available, so I'm swaying towards getting one. The ones from Aldi are battery operated with about 6 different heads! If/when I get it, I'll fill you all in!Xmas Smile
