Help! Bag to use as changing bag?

I'm due in feb and will then have a two year old as well. I've never had a nappy bag, I just used a tote with my son and am looking for a nice, big bag to use for baby bits when I have both of them. I'll be breastfeeding, so it'll need to fit nappies, wipes, change of clothes, snack, drink, entertainment, my bits etc.
I think I'd like leather, and definitely cross body as I'll be using a sling. Any good ideas, please?! Around £100 max.
So far I like this:

Thank you!

Maybe too bulky for you, but the Lin and Leo bag in turquoise is £75 on their website - 50% off!

Ooh, thank you, off to have a look!

That is a lovely bag, but indeed bigger than I'm after. I'm looking more for a large handbag.

I find a nice, non-sporty rucksack much better with a sling for distribution of weight and not cutting into my neck like cross-body. I looked all over and ended up with a Breton stripe one with leather straps from next of all places. Then one of those fold up changing pod things and some fabric bags for the spare clothes etc. Breastfeeding immediately cuts down on needing upright pockets.

Have you seen the pacapod range? Changing bags but look like handbags. The leather Ines are expensive but I've had mine 6 years and I still love it.

It has mini bags inside for feeding stuff/changing stuff and loads of sections and space. I couldn't be dealing with rummaging around a big bag for all the bits.

There are some lovely rucksacks around, but I'm not sure how well one would work with a sling.

I like the Pacapod Idaho, thank you, I didn't think there were any change bags I liked. That on the possibles list.

Cross body doesn't work too well with a sling as the weight of the bag lies across their back
