Ok, quick decision on tonight's shoes please?

Christmas do at a rugby club. I'm wearing wine coloured coated skinnies and a silver top. I'm afraid it doesn't matter if you hate that idea, that's what I've got!

My original plan was high "petrol" sandals, I.e. Sparkly, black but lots of colours in them. Theyre beautiful shoes but they're a bit higher than I can really manage.

Alternatives are suede high heeled ankle boots, still heels but comfy and manageable.

Or, silver flat sandals. Also lovely but usually worm with a summer dress. V. Comfy.

Probably the ankle boots- otherwise you will superbly regret it at 10:30 depends on the colour? Not if a tan/ beige but if black- go for it

It also depends on the sort of night- more of a meal or disco and dancing? Petrol ones sound pretty but impractical, silver flats too drab for a night out

If the top is sleeveless then the boots, if it has sleeves then wear the sandals.

Heels, but pop your flats in a bag so you can change of it gets uncomfortable.

Boots may give you hot foot rage of you're dancing a lot (bitter voice of experience).
