Thick Wooly tights with Peep toe shoes?

Going to a works night out tomorrow and wondering if it will look okay with a below the knee Black dress providing the tights are either Black or a very dark Navy colour, will most probably be freezing and no Tights is a no-no for me?

I think it depends on the shoes/dress. I used to have fab chunky t-bar sandals with a wedge-ish heel, in a burnt orange colour, which I wore with black opaques and a short black a-line dress - I loved that outfit, and the shoes/tights thing was a deliberate "look". If the shoes are strappy stilettos it would be a no from me personally.

I never wear tights with peep toes feels really not right. Each to their own though

I don't like the way it looks but, if it helps, it seems to be a thing that is in fashion right now.

No no no. Tights and peep toes cannot be worn together. Pick different shoes

lesleyberry79 · 07/12/2016 19:49

It is stilettos and havent decided as yet if I wear em or not. They were a present.

Might go for a pair of Knee High Boots depending on what the weather is like.

Tights and peep toes, especially if you can see the seam, genuinely make me feel a little queasy.

lesleyberry79 · 07/12/2016 19:57

Knee high Boots it will be then.

Love the Grazia link.

Or ankle boots with a heel.

You cannot beat ankle boots or shoe boots!
