Hat liner?

Hi All

Looking for a gift for my mum who has Alice is and visiting from Australia. She needs to wear a hat in the cold but finds them itchy. Any ideas for a non itchy hat 'liner' she could wear against her scalp? I'm guessing cancer sufferers must have similar challenges.. help much appreciated!!
