suitable outfit for evening do?

We have our works Christmas do coming up, It's being held at a 5* hotel and consists of a sit down dinner and music entertainment after. Normally I'd go for a cocktail type dress but doesn't seem to be anything out there I like, I bought this playsuit but not sure if it will be too informal for that type of event. I've lost a bit of weight and toned up recently so this is the first time i would have confidence in my body to wear something like this, what would you think if you saw someone wearing this.

P.s I'm 5'7 size 10 if that helps

I think it will look stunning and s very flattering style. At 5'7 and size 10 you could make a bin bag look good! You go for it and dance your socks off.

I would think it's too revealing for anything work-related, but I guess it depends what kind of place you work

It's nice but not much fabric! I think it's a bit too informal really plus won't your shoulders get cold! Actually maybe you could wear it with a wrap?

I'm about the same size as you, just slightly taller and where as I think it's lovely, I do think it comes down to the sort of place you work. If it's a corporate environment, it's probably not the best idea, if however it's quite informal and young I'd say go for it.
