Best matte eyeshadow palette

I'm looking for a nice matte smoky palette for a Xmas pressie. Has anyone tried the Urban Secay naked ones? All the other ones I can find seem to be shimmery which is what I'm trying to avoid. Max budget £30

I have the Urban Decay naked basic 2 palette and use it all the time. All the shadows are cool toned and matt and its £23. You can make a smokey look but the colour are all neutral/taupes. UD has a Smoky palette which has some darker shades, they are a mixture of matts and satins, but its £38.59.

I love matte eyeshadows! My favourites are the UD Naked Basics, I prefer 2 because there's a bit more variety and I like the cooler tones, and Kat von D Light and Shade. Both have really good quality shadows, which blend together easily and look lovely.

I have the UD Ultimate Basics palette and it's excellent, I'm really impressed with the quality of the shadows. They're very blendable with lots of pigment and last all day. It's £38.50 but I can do all sorts of looks with it - from a nude daytime look to a more dramatic smoky eye for nights out.

I've also got Naked 1 but buying it was a mistake as I can't wear most of the colours as they're too shimmery (matte is better for my eye shape).

Ooooo looking for exactly the same, both Matt grey palette and Matt eyeshadow highlighter. If you find one OP can you let me know. I'm gonna do some research too and will update also!! 👀

That smash box one looks really nice! I was looking at the Naked basics 2 as it's within budget but now I've seen the smash of one I think I prefer that!

Like the look of this one but it's out of stock and can't see anywhere else that does it!
