I've bought a beautiful full sequin phase eight gown off eBay for a bargain.
I'm 5'7 and have some amazing 4" black heels I was going to wear with it,
Just tried it on and the hem falls about 2" from the floor.
So my question to you lovely lot is should it be on the floor or is a couple of inchs above ok ?
