Make up recommendations please...

Evening all!
I have found myself stuck in a bit of a make up rut!
I'm 32 and still using Rimmel. It's reasonable priced and easily accessible but am now thinking I need something for my more mature skin and something that can last the day, that can cover up dark circles and maybe an eyeliner and mascara that doesn't fall off throughout the day!

And recommendations greatly appreciated!

I use Revlon Colourstay foundation but I've got quite oily skin. Actually I think they do one for drier skin so you could have a look at that maybe.

Eyeliner - I use the felt tip one from boots no7 and using a Bourjois mascara one at the moment, called 1 Second in ultra black. Both stay put on my eyes all day with no flaking
