What can I wear with these?

I won't be buying anything for the Christmas/new years season this year. I do have some black with silver flowers silky culloutes that I was given 6 years ago (and still love in a 1920s glam way maybe??) just before I got pregnant for the first time and they quickly didn't fit! They are similar to these:

They now fit again, and would love to wear them, but what should I wear for shoes and top? I'm 5'9 and size 10. Thanks

Do you like vintage/retro style? Because I think I would style them that way.

I'd wear a tight black top and black more than likely a jumper ans black heels .. I think the top needs to be plain to avoid looking like fancy dress .
