Overnight cream/moisturizer that stops spots too?

Hi,

Can anyone recommend an overnight cream/moisturizer that will stop spots developing too? I've been getting a bit of a breakout recently too.

La Roche Posay Effaclar has changed my dd's life, she was beginning to really suffer breakouts. Virtually overnight they disappeared and now the Effaclar seems to keep them at bay. She uses the facial wash as well.

Thanks Vintage. Alot of people swear by it. I need to get hold of some.
