Is this bag color a "neutral"?

Can this be worn with any colour outfit?

I think it's a bit too blue a navy to wear with certain shades of green, I wouldn't wear it with black and I wouldn't wear it alongside silver jewellery but otherwise yes.

It's hard to find even a neutral that goes with absolutely everything- black won't go with navy and vice Verda, brown looks weird with black and certain shades of grey.

But depending on what colours you usually wear I'd say you'd get a lot of use of a navy bag.

It looks black to me? If it is black you can wear with most colours but in an ideal world you would also have a tan coloured bag to wear if you ever wear cream/ brown/ khaki.
