You're right Goofy !!!! The side bar on my pc is now showing an advert for the gold dress and those awful patterned shorts, with a "shop now" bar. No, even at 125% off I don't want a dress that looks like a Quality Street wrapper and shorts that look like curtains.

I have seen a lot worse in M & S. Some absolutely ghastly stuff there as if they had raided a cheap 70's warehouse. Who is actually choosing these dire outfits.

I quite like the gold dress, if it wasn't so gold and shiny... a deep red, green, or blue velvet would be nice.

That looks exactly like they were using up all the leftover bits from all the other coats. If they could have restrained themselves and used only two colours, it might look less like a dog's breakfast.

Looks fine to me. I wouldn't wear it (strikes me as needing to be on a tall person and I'm most definitely not tall). Certainly wouldn't file it in the hideous box.

I tried to spend a gift voucher in there last weekend and couldn't find anything at all to buy apart from tights!

I like the colour block wool stuff they are doing. Nice quality too and a decent price point. But the photography of it is really letting them down. Ive seen the same coat I think in a magazine ad and had huge 'ooo i want' reaction whereas that pic in op - it took me a while to realise its the same coat I lusted over

It seems per una is just divisive. I like autograph and some indigo stuff and think per una is consistently hideous. Never seen a single item j would even consider. Then my sisters came over (they live elsewhere) they loved per una. Wierd.

But little dress & big boots. A thing for ever and always.

I have images in my head of this:
Models Agent: "We have a big opportunity for you to consider, with a well established brand, well known throughout the UK"
Model: "Oh really? that sounds really great, very exciting, who is it?"

That gold dress could be OK on the right person with the right accessories, but those sandals the modtlnis wearing are just hideous.

If I had to chose between that clip on castle mobil coat (very funny 1scoop) and the Boden Vagina coat I'd pick this one.

I quite like the gold dress I am a tiny type, so it could work on me as not too much gold fabric, IYSWIM. The shoes are vile & really not helping sell the dress.
