Ponytail in shorter hair

Hi there
I have an asymmetric bob, collarbone length in front & shorter at the back.

I like to tie it back occasionally but TBH it looks minging-a stubby little brush of hair, too short to curl under.

Anyone find something that lets you effortlessly put up shorter hair? Claw clamps don't really work, all the front bits fall out, and not in a pretty way...

I actually like the stubby ponytail look!

These things are pretty solid for holding hair, they were fantastic with my long, thick mop but I think that level of grippyness could work with shorter hair. www.africanbutterfly.net

I do the stubby pony look Grin my hair is curly though, so I keep a portion out at the front and then twist into four sections for a bit of height at the front - I also pin the little stragglers under the pony.

Thanks everyone. My stubby ponytail just sticks out, not a cute pouffy or sleek one. That butterfly clip looks ideal! Thanks
