Shoes for skinny heels

Can anyone suggest a good make of shoe for someone with skinny heels? I can't wear normal shoes as I just step out of them as I walk. Bored of wearing flipflops, boots or shoes with an ankle strap.
I need a size 9 (42) as well :-(

I have this problem! Can't wear ballet pumps, court shoes etc. Many shoes/boots just fall off my feet. Also have dodgy knee and can't wear heels any more so I'm really limited. On the high street I find that Zara shoes are often narrow and I also have a pair of loafers with narrow heels from & Other Stories. Otherwise I wear boots, lace ups or trainers. Winter always easier than summer for me. I often ask shop assistants which shoes come up narrow. And I'm afraid I find more expensive shoes better and have had luck with Prada and Rupert Sanderson in Bicester Village.
