Bloody Christmas Party Outfit

I have a works christmas meal on Saturday and I've no idea what to wear!
It'll be a smart casual kind of event and as I never go anywhere I do know where to start.
But the budget is tight.
I'm 5 foot 3 ish with a big chest (36H) but I'm a 12/14 waist.
Any suggestions?

I'm planning on wearing navy 7/8 slim fit trousers, a cream silk top and a blazer of some sort to mine next weekend.
Smart but comfortable.
