I'm not a hairdresser, but I've loads of experience with hairstyles etc, mainly my own, colouring, cutting etc!!

You've got lovely big eyes & a lovely face shape which can carry off any hairstyle, lucky you!!

However, from your pic, I can't see your full hairstyle, just that you have a fringe & possibly long hair that's tied back in a ponytail. Are you wanting to go shorter? How about these? You could incorporate your fringe into them, that is if you have long hair at the moment & want to go shorter? Look on Pinterest for ideas & take some pics to a salon for a consultation - a good salon won't charge you for that - definitely take pictures when it comes to the cut, at least the hairdresser can see what you want.

Thank you for your reply! I have tried many times to get rid of the fringe but it won't go any other way, I had a side fringe cut in years ago and even the hairdresser that did it said my hair was stubborn. I love those hair styles you have suggested but I have a tiny head and I don't know if I could carry those off Sad x

The second photo would look lovely with your fringe but cut slightly blunter.
I love a fringe, think it frames a face.
Plus it shows off your gorgeous eyes too. Keep the fringe!!

Do you think? I have wanted to go into a hair dressers for years and just get it re styled but I'm scared I would hate it!

Definitely do it, it would really suit you. You are very pretty anyway so you don't need to worry!

mamarach26 · 19/11/2016 22:28

I don't know about that! Will it make my pea head look even smaller though?

No definitely not, if anything it will balance out more. Go for it, and update with photo please :)

heckythump01 · 19/11/2016 23:05

I think you would so pull off short hair! A short pixie look or a really short layered Bob with blunt fringe. Struggling to link pics for some reason will keep trying.....

heckythump01 · 19/11/2016 23:08

Has it worked?

mamarach26 · 19/11/2016 23:31

They have worked, the second picture is lovely! My hair has no volume and is thin (natural ginger hair) I don't know if I could pull it off!

I think the girls hair is fine in pic just need some wax to give shine and a messy look!

mamarach26 · 20/11/2016 09:56

I'm not very good at hair, it's in a bun every day! I'll have to be brave and go in a hair dressers.

Yes. Go to a hairdresser, even just for a free consultation or a blow dry to ask advice. If you were my client- I'd be looking at what you were wearing, what job you do, how much time you would dedicate to styling, your past bad hair expieriences, growth patterns, hair texture, your body language in response to my suggestions etc etc. It's too hard with just a photo. Please post the result picture!!

mamarach26 · 20/11/2016 19:36

I never knew hair could be so deep! But yeah you're right, I will go to the hair dressers! Will probably be after Christmas though Smile
