Challenge: find me some new black boots!

After finding a hole in the toe, I'm having to admit defeat and search for a new pair of work boots. I have looked in a few places online but figured I would ask the wisdom of mumsnet for some recommendations.

Criteria:
• must be long (ideally knee length or near- I'm 5'11 so they tend to come up short)
• must be black
• must be leather or other waterproof durable material. I am an EY teacher so spend my days outside in mud or crawling around on the floor.
• must be flat or very low heel. See 5'11 comment.
• must be able to be worn over skinny jeans, with skirts and dresses.
• must not bankrupt me!

I am quite preppy in style and like riding boot style boots but not sure where is best for them. Please help!!

What is your budget? Some people consider £70 expensive for footwear whereas I'll go up to about £150 and plenty of places on the high street charge £300 plus.

I know these are technically OTK (they would be on me at 5'3) but they'd probably hit just right on your knee.

They r nice. The brown boots are £40 cheaper than the black BTW and I would say they are a dark brown that you may get away with as black

These are similar to the last ones posted. I am 5 8 and they are just otk on me. I love mine and am about to purchase another pair.
