Can anyone help find Boots similar to these?

These are exactly what I'm after in theory, but the reviews say the colour is more brown in RL, plus they come up big. I'm a size 3 so can't size down. They are also low in stock, and DP wants to order them as a Christmas present, but can't do it until payday, and I fear they may be out of stock by then!

So generally looking for alternatives just in case.

Main features being a low heel, a short boot, and a grey or light natural colour. (I wear soft summer colours so browns aren't really what I'm after). I don't mind whether they're suede, leather or whatever.

Ah thank you, but neither black or brown would work, which does narrow my options down quite a lot unfortunately. The zip is also not a necessity - I like it but can live without that detail.

You haven't said whether there is a budget limit, and these are quite pricey, but if you search on amazon for 'Hudson boots' there are a variety of lovely low heel ankle boots, you can then filter on colour and they have several nice styles in both grey and natural shades. I have the Hudson Horrigan ones in beige and love them to bits.

The sizing can be a bit tricksy, so look for ones with free returns - I have read that generally they come up small, and that fits with my experience.

Cara London carashoes.co.uk, have light colour ankle boots similar style.

Oh those Hudson boots are lovely - I really like the Claudette and the Apisi.

The House of Fraser ones are really nice too. A little taller than I've been looking at, but I quite like that. Mint Velvet ones are nice too - maybe a bit short in the heel but that's probably not a bad thing really.

Off to look at Cara London...

There are sooo many on that Cara website that I love! A lot are out of stock in my size but hopefully they will get more in.
