What shoes?

I have a jersey lined dress similar in style to the picture but in navy blue and I'm intending to wear blue tights. What shoes would you wear with it?

I want to wear it to a 'not dressy' party and maybe a Christmas meal (or is it not dressy enough?). I'm 5'2" and prefer just a minimal heel. I also need price to be less than £30.

Are they thin tights or nylons? Do uou have navy shoes?

I'd be tempted to wear charcoal tights and black shoes, or nude tights nude shoes. Navy tights and knee high black boots work, navy tights and black shoes not so much in my view.

Most colours go with navy so it depends what you fancy? If you're wearing tights obviously not sandals but not sure if I'd go for navy tights. I would wear nude or black tights with corresponding shoe as bluntness says. If you keep rest of outfit quite simple you could go for a pop of colour with your shoe, red for example is beautiful with navy.

I can change the tights (have to wear tights as being cold causes pain) but I don't know what style of shoe?

I tried long black boots but they looked silly - i assumed because i'm short but... might they look better with black/charcoal tights?

Where does the dress come to? Above or below knee? Mid thigh?

It's knee length - just above. I've bought online some black court style shoes to try - I'll get them Monday. I also bought a similar style dress but in grey and black so if I'm really stuck, I'll wear that instead!

Charcoal tights and black shoes would be fine with it,,,
