That's like a vintage style 60's dolly coat with asymmetric detail. Nothing quite identical, but Vila have a good selection of those kind of shapes. I have the Fine coat, which looks similar from the front but it does have a mahoosive hood (I love hoods!) so maybe that wouldn't suit. There are some vintage style grey ones on there too though.

I think the quality is good. The Fine coat I have is very heavy, cut nicely and it's fully lined. Feels weighty and hangs well. I love the hood on mine as it's designed to create a cowl/shawl neck when buttoned up. The shape of the rest of the coat is good, it's a nice A-line shape. One big button at the top and then hidden press buttons down the front.

Oh and size-wise I got the size XS - I'm a size 8-10 and it fits perfectly. I was worried it would be too snug (as it was the last size left on ASOS when I bought it in the sale) but it's not too snug at all. Just a very nice fit. I think it looks v chic
