First time on style and beauty, I'm quite excited. I definitely haven't spent hours lurking on the threads....
I'm a bit crap with fashion, will take a passionate interest for a short while and then get distracted and look like a rubbish tip the rest of the time.
I can basically wear what I want to work, and I always opt for comfortable.
I'm a Nanny looking after a baby so I wear thick leggings everyday and a long shirt. I have chunky curvy legs, so the trainers and leggings look does not do me any favours. I much prefer to wear boots.
I have now worn my trusty Clarks boots to death, and you can actually see my feet through the sides.
I really need to some sturdy, flat boots - preferably not black - that I can get on and off easily and are waterproof.
I actually started looking at Hunters short wellies (the long ones don't fit round my calves
) but have read mixed reviews on their quality.
They don't have to be wellies, but I do like the Hunter bright red ones!
Any advice on boots greatly appreciated, feel free to throw ideas about comfortable alternatives to leggings too!
