Coat for dog walks required

Warm, waterproof, with hood, ideally quite fitted as I am petite. I've looked at most of the online outdoor companies, but can't find anything quite right. Unfortunately I have a limited budget, as close as possible to £40.

I doubt very much if you will get waterproof for £40. Sorry. However, for a bit more you might be able to find a Regatta waterproof coat that is pretty good in the sales - last season's colours. Mine is a grey one with a purple quilted lining and cost about £60-£65 and it does all the things you mention.

Regatta Roanstar or Trespass Blizzard. Both greatly reduced, especially the Trespass.
