red or dead jade shoe sizing

Does anyone have these and can tell me how the sizing is? I'm between a 5 and 6 so want to know whether to size up or down (without having to go into schuh with all the young cool people and loud music).

I bought boots recently and had to size up. They came up very small.

I have two pairs of Red or Dead boots and found both to be true to size and just got my normal size, no problems and very comfortable.
I've never tried their shoes, mind
