Philosophy Amazing Grace

In a bid to find the perfect perfume and having trawled through a million reviews I thought finally, Amazing Grace! All the reviews and descriptions sounded perfect...
So I give myself a liberal sample spray, yes, smells very nice BUT 5minutes later there's literally no perfume left.., nothing! Is this normal? Very disappointed 😢

I've found the same thing with Philosophy perfumes. I love the soapy smell, but they just don't last.

Such a shame isn't it, I think it could be so lovely... maybe it depends on skin type??? It certainly gets rave reviews... Perhaps just because I can't smell it after 5 minutes isn't important. Perhaps I still smell nice? 😂😂

So still on the hunt for a soft barely there, musky, light floral that I can get in Boots??? 😂

Have you tired lovely by SJP?

MissBattleaxe · 02/11/2016 13:54

Cacharel Noa is very light and beautiful, or try any Lalique scent.

No, but I will now 👍 Thanks

I have it and love the scent but it doesn't last on me either sadly. Would not buy again.

Tried and liked the SJP Lovely, and even better found 100mls for £14.99 in Argos!

Still searching for that baby soft clean fragrance though...😉

Oh good! I would also recommend cashmere by next

stillstanding51 · 03/11/2016 14:19

It's a real shame, it's too expensive to spray on in bucketloads too 😂

If you can still get Honey Water by L'Occitane then that might fit the bill? Cheap too! I've got a feeling it's been discontinued though.

The company was sold a few years ago and rumor has it that they changed the formula.

I used to love the shower gel; I didn't use it for the scent to last but just to enjoy myself in the shower. I haven't bought it recently, though.

Just to clarify, I was talking about Amazing Grace.
