Small heel but fun for wedding

I have a plain navy 50s-style three quarter length dress to wear for a wedding and wanted to try to find some fun shoes and possibly matching bag to wear with it. I am not good on high heels and would prefer something with a mid solid heel or lower. Rather than go for a plain shoe, I was hoping to get something a bit more fun, maybe patterned. I am size 7.

I like red with navy, don't know if this is within budget but think they would work provided they're low enough for you. Not patterned but would certainly stand out (for the right reasons) underneath a 3/4 dress.

I like the colour but don't think I like the boys. I was after something a bit 'different'.
