Looking for advice on what top/shirt/blouse I could wear with a black pencil skirt. I'm a size 14 on top, 16 on bottom. It's my nephew's christening and have been feeling very frumpy lately so would love a bright coloured top half. The skirt is the only dressy piece of clothing I have. My budget is around 30 euro (around £25)
