Help to find beautiful coat!

I'm trying to find a coat as a gift for my Mum's forthcoming 70th and drawing a bit of a blank so far! Can anyone suggest any options? I'm looking for a good quality wool coat, probably above knee length, she is a petite 12-14. Budget is probably £150 and anything with wool spun / woven / sourced from the UK or Wales particularly would be a bonus! Thank you!

I think for £150 you'll be hard pushed to find anything made in the UK.
