I am totally dispirited with clothes shopping

Anyone else?

I could do with some new tops and/or knitwear for this autumn and winter. I have looked everywhere I can think of, and found nothing.

To be fair, I am very exacting - I can't wear anything woollen. Also I have some sensory issues about being 'aware' of whatever I'm wearing. But surely there must be some retailer that sells basic, unfussy clothing?

I need things that are ideally cotton, plain, scoop or v necked, long sleeved, no Lycra content. The shops are full of wool, stupidly busy tops, polyester etc. I am getting desperate! I buy a lot online but end up returning most of it which gets very depressing after a while. (Also I think the people who work in the PO are probably sick of seeing me Grin)

Anyone got any suggestions, or can at least join me in my pity party?

Banana republic have some nice linen mix t shirts and modal tops - might suit?
