Party/black tie dresses for tween girls

Where is good for tween girls party dresses? They have lovely dresses in Monsoon but I don't want to spend those prices. Preferably under £30. Any suggestions? Not TK Maxx - they haven't got anything nice at the moment. Nothing I like in Next either. Any other ideas?

New Look? We found some there a few years ago.

Not a dress, but they had lovely sequin shorts last year which can be worn in various ways acceptable my preteen.

biggreenolives - they don't really have formal enough dresses in New Look - it's more disco type party-ish.
AuntieStella - I just had a quick look on the Asda website and their party dresses are more suitable for younger girls. Sequin shorts not really formal enough for what we need.
