What shoes with this dress please?

Hi, I've bought this dress for an upcoming christening. Red isn't a colour I've ever really wore before and I'm not sure what colour shoes I should go with? Would love some opinions please!

Lovely dress OP. I'd steer clear of green or black shoes with this dress, but I'd pair it with turquoise or plum or even fushia pink. Have you tried it with shoes you already own?

Dress looks lovely I wore a red dress to a wedding and had some lovely light pink heels to go with. Sounds odd but with the right bag it was one of those Combos that worked.
Rose gold maybe?

Thanks for the replies ladies. I did try with shoes that I own and thought that black didn't look great. I will look into pink, I wouldn't have thought of it!
