Which are the "best" Skechers?

I know Skechers are pretty ugly. I tried some on in a department store last week while waiting for the assistant to bring out some boots in my size. These were the ones I tried. I felt like all of the hideous aches my feet suffer day to day just melted away. All week I've been remembering them and have resolved to buy some tomorrow and, I hope, wave goodbye to the foot pain I've had for almost 20 years. I have high arches and my feet are wide across the toes / balls but narrow or normal width at the arches and heels.

Who's worn Skechers and which ones are the best? And which, if any, should be avoided? I'd be wearing them for day to day walking and standing, as much as possible, I hope (they're probably not allowed by my work dress code, but I will try to circumvent this where possible...)

I have sketchers go walk 3 (pump like). They're like pillows for your feet!!!

I have go walk 3 slip on and go walk 4 trainer type ones. I don't care that they are ugly. They are so comfy

I have gostep trainers with gogamat technology in navy. Most comfortable cushiony things ever and fairly unobtrusive.

I have the classic Skechers Go Walk in navy.

A little bit of me dies and I weep on behalf of my younger self every time I look at them, but good god. They're comfy.

I really noticed the difference when the weather changed and I went back into ankle and knee boots. My knees frigging kill me.

Perhaps a stupid question but does "relaxed fit" mean they're for wider feet?

I now have a pair of Sketchers Go Walk and a pair of Clarks Tri Angel lace ups my feet are always comfortable and my knees and back are much better, that's the positive. On the negative I feel like I have aged 10 years and when I do want to dress up my regular shoes really kill my feet.

For the summer I had fit flops and croc flip flops, I have no shame

Never had Skechers so can't comment; but like another poster have Clarks TriAngel shoes. They are so comfortable, like nothing I've ever worn before. And so light!!.
They are probably much more suitable for work too -they look smart

There are no bad Skechers! Well, that may be an exaggeration, but I've yet to find them. Started with the original go walks after a lot of foot/leg/ankle surgery. Thought they were amazing. Replaced them with GW2 - better again. This summer had GW3 - beyond blissful. I can't go barefoot, and slippers kill my foot, so I wear them indoors all year as well. However, someone here introduced me to Fitflop when I was bemoaning that I couldn't wear anything that didn't work with Skechers, and I have to say I'm really impressed. I have patent oxfords, leather skate shoes and nubuck maryjanes. While they don't quite meet Skechers comfort levels, they are extremely comfortable and supportive and there is more flexibility in what you can wear with them - they are definitely smarter.

I resisted go walks for years but now have navy and grey pairs for work and they are so comfortable it's unreal. I keep them as part of my work uniform as they are fairly ugly and functional and if I was to wear them all the time I'd properly give up and never wear converse or heels again

I did find a pair of Diesel trainers in TK Maxx recently with a memory foam sole and they are gorgeous. Retro style, perfect with skinny jeans and really stylish. And best of all like walking on a cloud

Once you have them and your feet are comfortable you won't care what they look like. They have literally changed my life. I wear them all the time on holiday (we walk a lot on holiday) and they mean that I am not crippled by foot pain in the evenings, they even make my knees and hips hurt less, in fact they make me feel younger. I have wide feet and they are great.
Fitflop shoes are also good, I wore their Mary-janes most of the summer and I'm about to buy some more wintery styled ones for work.

I wore Go Walk 2s and 3s all summer. I think with cropped jeans or shorts they look ok. I regularly walk 6-8 miles a day and never have any problems. I wore UGGs over the weekend because it was colder and today my joints are aching and I am groaning as I bend down. Having got used to Skechers UGGs don't have enough support. So now I feel a pair of Skechers boots coming on - but they really are ugly.

Empire Heart to Heart - these in navy with hot pink laces for wearing day to day e.g. to the supermarket

Both feel amazing. Never going back to other shoes except trainers when exercising. Heels can get stuffed.
