Hand cream for very dry hands

Help!
My hands are very prone to cracking in the winter, the skin is very dry. I do have eczema and use hydrocortisone when it is bad. I need a very good, very moisturising hand cream to use several times a day.

I used to use bodyshop hemp, now I use Avon care, but wondered if anyone who knows how miserable dry, chapped hands can be can recommend anything.

My dd1 gets really sore and dry hands. Waitrose bottom butter is good, but very greasy. Neutragena is also excellent and has brought her hands back from red raw and chapped to lovely as smooth in just a few days.

My DH uses Cremolia from Boots. It's cheap as chips and works on his really scaly hands.

I use the Hemp hand cream from body shop. Was expensive for my budget but a little goes a really long way. And it works

I'm not sure if they still do it, but Body Shop Hemp hand cream worked miracles on my hands a few years ago when I had badly hacked and cracked skin on my hands

Aveeno moisturing cream works well. Apply several times a day. Or body shop hemp cream is good too.

Lansinoh is fantastic for everything

Another vote for nutrogena. I prefer it to body shop hemp. The concentrated version is great.

Another vote for Neutrogena concentrated here. Really cheap, non-greasy and it is the only thing that stops my hands being so dry that they crack and bleed.

I've tried all sorts of products for my awful winter hands (dry, sore, inflamed, cracking, bleeding) and find aqueous cream works better than anything.

Lansinoh nipple cream if you can tolerate lanolin. I mix it with a bit of almond oil as it's very thick and gloopy. Works a treat for me.

Neutrogena

I really like the one with Nordic berries and the one with the spf, but they're all great.

L'occitane hand cream works wonders on my cardboard-like fingers. It's expensive but you only need a tiny bit.

Weleda skin food is my ultimate hand cream for when the season change gets to my hands.

Body Shop hemp cream is great, but it makes you smell like a teenage dope head.

Flo and Mrs W sadly I cannot use lanolin so that is out for me. Anything with lanolin makes my hands itch.
Waitrose bottom butter sounds like something to explore Pandas so thank you for that. .
Cat and Duck I have used Neutrogena in the past, not sure I tried the concentrated version though so another one to explore.
Disguise I have never heard of Boots Cremolia so will look that one up too and if it works on cracked and chapped hands it is what I am looking for.
I have tried the others mentioned but thanks for being kind and responding. I work in an office so cannot hide my hands and I need to keep on top of this before the really cold weather starts.
I have a few ideas to explore but if any others spring to mind keep the suggestions coming.

You need a layer of Aveeno first - the blue top extra moisturising is best and then the hemp.

This combo has saved my hands after over a decade of misery with cracked, bleeding hands.

I also suffer from severe eczema on my hands and frequently have to use a variety of steroids that don't work. I am also allergic to lanolin amongst other things I have recently started to use coconut water one it is called xbc coconut water I picked up in my local lloyds pharmacy for £1 I can honestly say it's the best one I have ever used and I have ever tried most. I also like soap and glory hand food that comes in a close second.

DH gets very dry skin on his hands and is a medical professional who has to wash them multiple times per day which makes it much worse. He's tried umpteen hand products over the years and his favourite is Kiehl's ultimate strength hand salve. It's pricey though.

Weleda - Skin Food. It's amazing! My mum works with chemicals and detergents all day and it's the only thing that sorted out her hands! It smells delicious too

Rhubarb - we could be twins. It is rotten to know that the first biting cold wind will change your hands to chapped and sore in an instant. I hate having to use hydrocortisones. I want to get on top of this now.
Furry I did beg a bit of my work colleagues Keihl's handcream and it was divine. I had to discount it as it was too pricey for me. I use gallons and it would bankrupt me!

Another vote for TBS hemp hand cream...I actually like the smell, I don't think it smells like spliffs at all!

Lidl do a Cien SOS hand concentrate which is like neutrogena.
I used gloves in a bottle when mine were awful. It's not a cream but a barrier liquid. Literally acts like gloves and prevents further drying. Wash hands. Apply hand cream. Gloves in a Bottle on and then more hand cream!

If you try the bottom butter, really only use a little bit - you can always add more, but you can't get rid of the stuff if there's too much! That's the main reason I e moved dd1 to neutragena, as she found it impossible to not dip right into the pot (she has learning difficulties) and so the bottom butter was always all over the place!
