I'm off to a wedding in a few months, I'm looking a for dress. My main issue is that I really feel the cold... Really really feel the cold! I spend the winter months layering up under jumpers! So basically I think I'm looking for a dress nice enough to wear with black tights. Budget is preferably under £100 any you guys can recommend?
