Ted Baker sizing

What's the point of 1, 2, 3 sizes?? Are Ted Baker not British? Anyway, if I am a size 10 in places like Boden and Warehouse, what size should I go for in Ted Baker?

Size 2 is equivalent to a uk size 10. I'm a size 10 in warehouse clothing so it should be fine

They're pretty true to size, if I'm having a size 12 day I wear a 3, on a sturdy 14 day I buy a 4. Knitwear tends to run a tiny bit bigger but not enough to cause an issue.

Can I quickly hijack? How are the shoe sizes?
I've fallen for a pair of Ted Baker sneakers but the shop doesn't have my size - 41/42.
I can order them in but don't want to if they come up small.
