If you have your ears pierced twice, what earrings do you wear?

After years of just wearing one earring per ear, have recently re-opened my second ear piercing on each side (originally as 18yo I had 3 holes one side and cartilage pierced at top but those have closed up for good I think!). I think I like having 2 earrings each side (kidding myself it looks a bit less conventional than 1) but am struggling to find earrings that look good together. Currently wearing this but am getting bored of it and don't know if it looks naff and teenage?? (I am nearly 37!).
I like pearl studs but should they just be worn singly? Or would small and medium pearls look ok? Also have big earlobes and am wondering if double earrings just accentuates this?

I put that in to sleep or day to day.

Threader or summat.

I wear a teeny fire opal stud in the higher piercing and whatever I fancy in the lower ones. I only have 1 ear pierced twice and the piercings are relatively far from each other.

Small coloured studs in second hole, small stud in tragus, another in helix and 6 mm tunnels in the stretched first holes.

I have 3 holes in one ear and wear studs in decreasing size going up my ear.

Wow, so much variety! Like the idea of small and medium pearl studs so am going to look out for some of those. Also the diamond studs with a small silver above ...
Yes PP was right due to size of my earlobes the holes have ended up more next to each other so I do worry about overloading them.
Think it's definitely time to clear out my earrings and only keep real gold/silver - hate the ones that go tarnished!

Any recommendations for where to buy solid gold/silver small hoops from? And small but classy real gemstone studs? I'd also like to stick to some proper classy earrings and look a bit less like my ear ware is from Camden market circa 2000 (which it currently is)

I've got two holes in each ear and wear a hoop in the bottom hole and a small stud in the top hole when I can be bothered. I let my cartilage piercing heal up as it was painful.

To those who have the middle bit of their ear pierced (sorry don't know what it's called!) did it hurt any more than a cartilage piercing and what's on the back of the stud? Surely a butterfly could fall into your ear? I don't get how the studs stay in! Am contemplating getting it done - where did you get it done and how do they do it? Sorry for thread hijack OP, lots of the pp's who've put photos up have got that bit pierced!
