I seem to have frequent handbag dilemmas, usually around what colour! This time, should I go for black or tan? I already have the Village England Beamish and the Whistles Duffy in black. I think there is a tan handbag gap in my wardrobe - what do you lovely mumsnetters think?

I prefer tan over black any day. Tan goes with denim better and grey, whereas black only goes with black (IMO.)

All my bags are tan and I want to branch out into pale blue for summer or maybe aubergine for winter.
