Spotty skin EVERY autumn/winter?!

Can someone tell my why my skin always breaks out this time of year?

Without fail as soon as the weather cools down my face is suddenly covered in spots? Does anyone else have this? I don't usually have the most perfect skin but spring/summer time I usually have ok skin and only occasionally have the odd spot here or there..

I can't be the only one surelyBlush.

I think cooler weather can dry out your skin and in turn more oil is produced.

Any ideas of what I could put on my face to try and calm my skin down a bit?

Feeling your pain op. I am trying la Roche Posay Effaclear set to try to reduce the spots on my jawline. I know they are probably hormone based, but they aren't going away!

Yes this is me. I think it's the change in climate and lack of sunlight.Sad I use benzoyl peroxide Otc cream at night which helps. Acnecide from Boots pharmacy or Superdrug is a good one to try.
Also a facial scrub containing salicylic acid and an oil free moisturiser, I use the Simple one.
