So Finery have now refused to refund the amount for 3 items that I mistakenly tried to return after the 14 day cut off.
They have however, added 20 Finery points to my account as a gesture of goodwill!
Wow, how generous of them. Really makes up for the £100 that I spent.
I know that it is my fault, but I do think it's quite harsh. Beware if you buy from Finery.Make sure you return within the 14 days.
