Has anyone got one of these please?

I'm on the hunt for something warm, waterproof, decent quality but not too many £££. I live in a town in SE England so don't need anything heavy duty really. Wonder if this fits the bill.

I bought one of these recently in the longer style. It's certainly good quality and waterproof but I wouldn't describe it as warm - it's very lightweight and I bought it to use when it's pouring down but not that cold.

Ah thanks atomic, that's what I was wondering. I haven't got a shop nearby, so haven't made the journey to try on yet.
