Black or white?

I'm going to a wedding next month and am thinking of wearing this pleated skirt (It's more coral red than the bright red it's come out in the photo)

Would you wear it with a black top or a white top??

Id wear black as its winter and a wedding so would err away from white. Also I think the black looks better, more stylish and dressed up. The white and coral is more like something I'd wear to a picnic.

definitely not white. Black much better, my sister in law has the same/identical skirt and looked lovely with a black top and understated gold jewellery.

Oh well now im undecided again think I will have to try them on with accessories and decide...or just forget the skirt altogether...(obviously replacing it, I won't go in just a top...that would be some serious stealing the bride limelight...)

nilbyname it's not really Orange, so I think I'm safe on the looking like a Halloween pumpkin front.

It depends what you are wearing with it.

If it was a summer wedding then I'd say white but I think the black would look more seasonal. Lovely with gold jewellery.

Ok you have talked me over to the dark side. I have some super comfy M&S heels which are a mixture of black and animal print so they will be perfect.
