fITFLOP BOOTS sizing is too small

I ordered a pair of size 38 boots and can hardly get them on. I couldn't walk across the kitchen in them.

Never had that problem before as I'm a v standard size 38/5 so beware.
Last time I buy fitflop on line. I have sandals and other boots already, size 38, they fit fine.

Same happened to me during the summer with their flipflops Muser54321. Compared the size to an older pair and they were much smaller (even though they were meant to be the same size). I think they've shrunk over the years!

thanks MRBF I'm going to ring them today and see if they can do anything for me. Even a code for 50% of the next pair would stop me feeling so annoyed. With so many shops selling predominantly on line they really should have more of a responsibility to make sure their sizing is consistent.

ps, with clothing brands, I think people expect inconsistency, but with footwear!! 38 is 38 surely! Except in fitflop when it's 37
