SAHM interview tomorrow - please help with an outfit!

SAHM for years, interview tomorrow for a doctors receptionist.

I was thinking high waisted black palazzo trousers, high necked body underneath (Breton striped), plain office flats.

Thoughts?

Sounds okay if you feel comfortable in a body. I couldn't wear that to an intrview for comfort reasons, I have memories of uncomfortable bodies from the 80s.

Sounds nice but agree with pp that a fitted cardi or nice jacket would finish it and make it look more "interviewy".

Agree with others, wear a jacket over if you have one.

I only have one jacket and it's a pale pink blazer (H&M).

Pale pink can look nice with black. Have you got a black top instead? It can be quite a nice streamlined look - black trousers, top with a pink jacket.

(I have a light pink jacket!)
